  • How do I start the dryer?

    From left to right on your control panel. Switch to automatic in the following order; Recirculation fans, exhaust fan, heater 1 and heater 2. Refer to the video tutorial for guidance.

  • What is the 'overheat thermostat'?

    The overheat thermostat is a safety feature in the dryer panel. Do not set the dial above 70°C. This is to ensure that in the event of your dryer exceeding the set point temperature that it will shut the unit down before causing permanent damage.

  • What can I do about raw material waste?

    Start a compost or wormery! They will process your raw material waste and in return leave you with wonderful vermicompost.

  • What is the estimated assembly time of my order?

    We manufacture and assemble your equipment based on your individual requirements.

     

    Because there are so many contributing factors we haven’t got the space to keep pre-assembled equipment in stock. We advise a delivery time of 4 – 8 weeks. This is only a guide. We treat your order as a priority and will do everything in our power to deliver earlier.

  • I am not from South Africa - how do I get my equipment shipped to me?

    We are able to assist with a number of different freight options. We use a reliable, competitively priced and service orientated Logistics Company to assist with domestic and international deliveries. They are familiar with our products and provide us with customised transport solutions. If you prefer to arrange your own freight, you are more than welcome to contact them for a quotation or direct your agent to us and we will assist with the arrangements.

  • What happens if my dryer stops working?

    In the unlikely event that your dryer stops working you can contact us and with your help, will come to a timely solution. We are available on email, phone and WhatsApp (even on weekends) to provide you with technical support.
